Arrow Valley's Pick of the Day! 31 May 2015

Arrow Valley Pick of the Day! 31 May 2015

This unique and creepily dark take on the Shy Guy character from the Super Mario Video games really does deserve more views then it currently has, as well as the artist other videos. The video may not be suitable for younger videos due to its dark theme.

While taking a cute and cuddly character and giving them an eerie feel is nothing new but this does it extremely well. The detail on the mask really creates a great original piece. Please check out there video and leave them a like, comment or subscribe if you enjoyed it.

Arrow Valley's Pick of the Day! 30 May 2015

Everybody loves Dragons and we at Arrow Valley are no exception. For today we have chosen a fantastic piece by the channel, Drawn to Fantasy.

This hugely under viewed piece as well as channel is brilliant for lovers of fantasy art and currently boasts a fairly strong line up with regular updates.
The detail that has gone into the dragon design and the added softness of the background makes this worthy of anyone's pick of the day!

Arrow Valley Pick of the Day!

For the second pick of the day, we have chosen a fantastic piece based on the movie Riddick by the artist, Adnan Tezerdi.
The piece looks almost photo realistic and really is one of the most inspirational pieces we have ever seen. This is the short version of the video but the artist has also uploaded a full time lapse video.

Please check out their video and leave them a like if you enjoyed it or even subscribe to them!

Arrow Valley's Pick of the Day! 28 May 2015

Arrow Valley Pick of the Day!

Today is the first in a new series where we search YouTube high and low to find the best painting time lapse videos we can. The idea is to help these artist who put their heart and soul into their work, get the attention they deserve. We will mainly be focusing on channels who have less than 5,000 subscribers as those above that amount already have a strong following. Also videos with a view count over 5,000 may not be accepted for the same reason.

For the first video, we have chosen the Legend of Zelda piece created by the artist, Brendan Milos. This was chosen for its excellent depiction of the Poe ghost from the video game series. The artist has created what we thought to be one of the best versions of the ghost we have ever seen. Please check out their video and leave them a like if you enjoyed it or even subscribe to them!

Let's Paint...Harley Quinn

For this week’s upload, I have chosen to bring back a piece that I took down some weeks back to redo some areas I wasn’t happy. The video was one up for about a day when I reworked areas like the hammer that I change to a bat and overhaul of the hair and style.

That is why at the end it jumps a little from creation to final piece.

So, what do you think? Let me know in the comments and don’t forget to like or even subscribe to get updates every Monday (sometimes Thursday as well)
